At ZingaWEB, we provide web admin interface as well as ability to use Management Studio Express to connect SQL2005 from your PC
Instruction to connect to SQL2005 remotely from your computer
+ Open SQL Server Management Studio Express
+ Fill in Server Name as: "server-ip\SQL2005,sql-port" or "server-ip,sql-port" for default instance
Connection information including SQL port is provided in Dotnetpanel, after you login select Hosting space -> View Space Summary.
+ Use authentication method: SQL Server authentication
+ Login and password is MSSQL user you created in control panel
Server-ip-address is provided in the welcome email.
You can also ping your domain name to retrieve server-ip-address.
